All resources participating in a Forward Capacity Auction (FCA) are required to notify 野花社区New England in advance of any modifications to the resource’s listed lead market participant. The modification must be made no later than 15 business days before an FCA. To transfer the lead market participant on an Forward Capacity Market resource, submit the completed resource transfer form via an Ask 野花社区case indicating agreement from both parties with the transfer and a desired effective date. The 野花社区will review and process the transfer.
